What Is the Bible Bowl?

The Bible Bowl is a fun and educational way to test your knowledge of the Bible and learn more about God’s Word. During the Bible Bowl, kids will form a team with other kids of similar age and compete against other teams on questions based on a selected book of the Bible. This year the book will be ‘Hebrews.’ The questions can be about facts, verses, characters, stories, themes, or anything else related to the Bible. The team that answers the most questions correctly wins the game and earns prizes and the satisfaction of a job well done and a Bible well studied. The Bible Bowl is a great opportunity for kid’s to study the Bible in depth, memorize scripture, and meet new friends who share their faith. It can also help them grow closer to God and apply His teachings to their lives.

If you would like to join us for this years event on Joshua you can register by clicking the button at the top of this page and completing the registration form. After registration you will receive study materials so you can prepare the kids in your family or congregation for the upcoming competition. The registration deadline is April 20th so make sure you have registered before then

Bible Bowl Junior

Bible Bowl Junior is a shorter version of our traditional Bible Bowl designed for children ages 3-6 to participate on their level. Bible Bowl Junior will last about 15 minutes. During this timeframe, participants will be asked questions regarding the book of Hebrews. Questions will be designed for their specific age range to understand. 

 

Additional Leadership Opportunities

We are excited to offer an opportunity for children to learn and grow as leaders in the church. Boys and girls can prepare to lead a song and/or give a 5 minute devotional to present at this event. Boys will song lead and/or speak in front of men and girls will song lead and/or speak in front of the women. Children of all ages may participate.
